5. Training & Certification

BayanAIhan reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification in cases of academic dishonesty or non-compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BayanAIhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
